2. Evaluate the resources.
Evaluate the resources in coordination with the Technical Team.
3. Interview Scheduling.
Give the consultants the required inputs on the requirement and expectation of the client. Schedule the Interview as per the Client ‘s request.
4. Deploy the resources.
Deploy the selected resources in time at the client location.
5. Interaction with the Resources.
Interact with the Consultants on a regular basis to address their concerns to enable them deliver the work to their full potential at the client location.
