By leveraging vast experience and expertise of our global workforce, we have evolved the Global Delivery Model (GDM), which breaks down projects into components that are executed independently and simultaneously - part at the customer site and the rest at our Offshore Development Centers. These components are integrated into robust, high-quality solutions. Spreading development across time zones allows customers to benefits from 24-hours workdays. This model ensures that the project manager is in total control, regardless of physical location. Deliverables that are distributed across the life of the project reduce uncertainties.

Our software engagements are typically delivered by a global team with 20 to 25 percent of the team members located at the customer site and 75 to 80 percent of the team located at our offshore development centers. The onsite team interacts daily with the customer to define requirements, develop prototypes, review design documents and manage scope changes. The offshore team will ensure quality execution at a low cost by performing detailed design, coding, testing and documentation.
